Our roof only frames are made to measure, designed on latest the 3D cad software and manufactured by us in our factory to ensure a precise fit every time.
Typically, 2 U-Roof system rafter panels replace the use of 5 traditional timber trusses, meaning projects can be installed much faster than traditional methods, saving time, cost and storage space on site.
Room in the roof is created as a standard for accommodation or storage purposes adding value and more space to your project.
Rafters don’t have to be pre-drilled or have the risk of splitting when fixing secondary building elements such as counter/tiling battens, insulation or plasterboards etc.

Panels can be designed to suit specific site conditions and constraints, so if access is tight, is obstructed, an unusual shape or is difficult to access with plant equipment, the U-Roof system is the perfect choice.

Trimming for roof windows or service routes are pre-installed to eliminate any secondary site works.
